GET /api/v1/admin/orgs/:slug/usage — 12-month rolling history + the tier’s cap. Drives the super-admin (#230) per-customer drill-down and the customer-facing dashboard usage page (#234) — they consume the same shape, with the cap field differentiating “approaching limit” warnings. #336 — gated on overview:r (usage shows up on the dashboard overview).
