Description

GET /api/v1/admin/orgs/:slug/recent-changes — #347 last-changed attribution. Returns the most recent admin-surface mutation per (policies, blocklist) so the org-detail page can render a “last changed: via ” footer under each editable card. The data comes from audit_log envelopes emitted by the PATCH /policies and POST/DELETE /blocklist endpoints (see encodeChangeAuditReason); the admin-only filter keeps scan-decision rows out of the result. Read-only, gated on overview:r — the timestamps are about your own org’s history and don’t reveal any policy content the page doesn’t already show.
